We want you to love what arrives at your door.

Because nearly everything at Capitol Vintage Charm is vintage or antique, each piece has lived a little life before joining yours. Small signs of age, gentle wear, and charming imperfections aren’t flaws—they’re part of the story. We do our best to photograph and describe each item as accurately as possible so there are no surprises.

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected based on our description, please email us within 3 days of delivery at stacy@capitolvintagecharm.com. Include a few photos of the item and its packaging, and we’ll make it right.

If you simply change your mind, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom items, made-to-order pieces, and gift cards are final sale.

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
