Vintage Bellini Italian Silverplate Rose Bowl with Glass Flower Frog

This Vintage Silverplate Flower Frog by Bellini Italy is a wonderfully elaborate little flower arranger, with raised roses and foliage covering the footed silverplate bowl and a substantial molded glass flower frog tucked inside. At approximately 5 inches wide, it makes the sort of low floral arrangement that belongs in the middle of a dinner table where everyone can still see each other well enough to gossip.

Use it as a silverplate rose bowl filled with garden clippings, grocery-store roses or whatever survived your yard this week. The glass flower frog holds individual stems in place while the bowl provides the water.
